Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, custom logos for a diverse range of clients, ensuring that each logo is tailored to the client's unique brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop comprehensive branding packages that include logo design, color palettes, and typography guidelines.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, and apply this knowledge to create innovative and effective logos.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements, and to ensure that the final logo design meets their expectations.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' industries and competitors, using this knowledge to create logos that are both distinctive and relevant.
• Design logos in various formats, including vector and raster files, and ensure that all logos are optimized for different mediums, such as business cards, websites, and social media platforms.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients, providing clear explanations of the design rationale and ensuring that the client's needs and expectations are met.
• Maintain a high level of organization and time management, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other designers and teams to ensure consistency in design quality and brand identity across all client projects.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of our design work.
• Contribute to the development of design guidelines, standards, and best practices within the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, with a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in logo design and branding.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a logo design or branding role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with excellent skills in designing vector graphics.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition, with the ability to apply these principles to create effective logos.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with design trends, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
• Experience with project management tools and version control systems, such as Asana or GitHub.
