Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting and budgeting models
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on the latest financial regulations and developments, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel and Financial Modeling
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are an asset
