Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and identify areas of improvement
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and existing products
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure design solutions are implemented correctly
• Work closely with the product team to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our users
• Design and develop visually appealing and user-centered interfaces for our e-commerce platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design processes
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers
• Develop and maintain our design systems and style guides
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop design solutions for marketing campaigns

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX UI design, with a focus on e-commerce platforms
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing your expertise in designing user-centered and visually appealing interfaces
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction
• Ability to conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
• Experience with design systems and style guides, and the ability to develop and maintain them
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs
