We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who understands how to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive real business results.


This role requires a mix of strategic planning, performance optimization, funnel management, content direction, and analytics-driven decision-making. You’ll handle everything from running paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), to improving organic visibility, managing email campaigns, and optimizing conversion-focused landing pages.


We work with brands across e-commerce, SaaS, technology, education, and lifestyle, so adaptability and strong analytical skills are essential. Your job is not just to run ads — but to plan holistic growth strategies that include retargeting, remarketing, SEO improvements, CRO, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities


Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.


Run paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.


Manage SEO tasks: keyword research, on-page updates, link-building coordination.


Create and optimize funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion).


Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.


Build email automation flows using Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or SendGrid.


Create ad creatives with design and content teams.


Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate improvement.


Monitor website analytics (GA4, Search Console, Hotjar).


Manage landing page optimization and A/B testing.


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


Implement remarketing and behavioral retargeting strategies.


Coordinate with product, design, and content teams for campaigns.


Improve brand visibility across digital platforms.


Provide strategic recommendations based on insights and metrics.


Required Skills


3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.


Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization.


Understanding of funnel strategies, buyer personas, and conversion psychology.


Proficient in GA4, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.


Experience with SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy.


Ability to analyze data and convert insights into action.


Familiar with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).


Basic knowledge of content writing and ad copywriting.


Strong communication and presentation skills.


Experience with landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).


Understanding of A/B testing and CRO strategies.


Experience with retargeting and pixel setups.


Skill in coordinating with creative teams for asset production.


Good understanding of social media algorithms.


Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
