Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives
- Utilize technical skills to maintain accurate records, manage databases, and generate reports as required
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support business decisions and strategic planning
- Develop and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity in all aspects of administrative support
- Provide sales support, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer engagement
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Participate in training and development programs, enhancing skills and expertise in administrative support and customer service
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies, contributing to the growth and success of the organization
- Utilize technology, including CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other tools, to manage tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and drive business outcomes
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with external partners, including vendors and suppliers, to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM software, data entry, and record-keeping
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with sales support, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer engagement an asset
