Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and refine the visual quality of images using Photoshop and other digital imaging software
• Work closely with art directors and designers to ensure that all images meet the highest standards of quality and creativity
• Use advanced techniques such as layering, masking, and color grading to achieve desired effects
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement new ideas and techniques
• Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital imaging and photo editing
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of new concepts and ideas
• Provide input and feedback on the work of other team members
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' needs and preferences
• Stay focused and motivated, even in the face of challenging deadlines or difficult projects
• Contribute to the development of our company's style and aesthetic

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching, preferably in a commercial or advertising environment
• Advanced skills in Photoshop and other digital imaging software
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite applications, such as Illustrator and InDesign
• Knowledge of digital asset management systems and workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
