Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality, engaging content on a variety of topics, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and marketing copy
• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that meets the highest standards of quality and creativity
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and thought leaders to gather information and insights for content development
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publication of content across all channels
• Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement, clicks, and conversions to inform future content development
• Brainstorm and propose new content ideas and concepts to the team and stakeholders
• Participate in content planning and strategy meetings to contribute to the development of the company's content marketing plan
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's brand voice and tone, and ensure that all content meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales and marketing, to develop content that meets their needs and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in content marketing and make recommendations for improving the company's content strategy
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in content writing or a related field
• Strong portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate ability to write engaging, informative content on a variety of topics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread and edit content
• Familiarity with SEO principles and practices
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
