Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Provide support for special projects and events as required
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consulting or business environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and databases
  • Experience with data entry and calendar management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software an asset
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or related field an asset
