About the role
BlueSky Ventures is revamping its customer‑facing services to boost performance and reliability. We need a seasoned PHP Developer to lead the overhaul, ensuring low latency, high availability, and clean code architecture.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor legacy PHP codebases for speed and stability
- Design and implement scalable Laravel services
- Optimize MySQL queries and schema for heavy traffic
- Set up automated testing and CI pipelines
- Collaborate with front‑end and DevOps teams to align on performance targets
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of professional PHP development
- Deep expertise in Laravel framework
- Strong MySQL performance tuning experience
