About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a versatile Full Stack Web Developer to design, implement, and fine‑tune the connective layers while ensuring data consistency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop middleware services linking billing, CRM, and internal systems.
• Build responsive UI components for internal dashboards using React.
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs with NodeJS, handling authentication and error handling.
• Design MongoDB schemas, write aggregation pipelines, and optimize queries.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate business rules into technical specifications.
• Write unit and integration tests, and contribute to CI pipelines.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React and NodeJS in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), async patterns, and module bundlers.
• Proficiency in MongoDB data modeling and performance tuning.
• Understanding of API design, OAuth, and webhook integrations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
• Experience integrating third‑party SaaS platforms.
