About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development of an automated image analysis pipeline for a high‑throughput inspection system. You will design, implement, and optimize models that detect defects and classify objects in real‑time video streams.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end computer vision workflows from data ingestion to inference.
• Develop and fine‑tune deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers) for object detection and segmentation.
• Implement efficient preprocessing and augmentation pipelines using Python.
• Integrate models into existing services via REST APIs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable data pipelines.
• Perform rigorous testing, validation, and performance monitoring.

Must-have skills

• Proficiency in Python and computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong experience building and deploying CNN/Transformer models.
• Ability to create and optimize REST API endpoints for model serving.
• Solid understanding of image preprocessing, augmentation, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD for ML models.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with edge deployment frameworks (TensorRT, ONNX).
• Background in industrial inspection or quality control domains.
