Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop and other design software
• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all images meet the company's standards
• Collaborate with art directors and project managers to develop and implement design concepts
• Utilize color correction and color grading techniques to achieve desired moods and atmospheres
• Apply texture, pattern, and effects to images as required
• Remove blemishes, dust, and other imperfections from images
• Perform high-end retouching, including complex compositing and manipulations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all files and assets are properly labeled and stored
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's design style and branding guidelines

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in photo retouching, preferably in a fast-paced design environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with knowledge of other design software such as Lightroom and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for texture, tone, and color
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to file management and asset organization
• Knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Certification in graphic design or a related field is an asset
• Portfolio that showcases a range of retouching styles and techniques
