About the role

Orbit Labs is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a PHP Developer who can design and implement reliable connectors, ensuring data flows smoothly across systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain PHP services that synchronize billing data with the CRM.
• Develop API wrappers for internal services and handle authentication.
• Write efficient MySQL queries and optimise database performance.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define integration specs.
• Document endpoints and create quick‑start guides for future developers.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with PHP 7+ and Laravel framework.
• Proficient in MySQL schema design and query optimisation.
• Understanding of RESTful API principles and OAuth.
• Ability to troubleshoot data mismatches and latency issues.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing platforms such as Stripe or Chargebee.
• Experience integrating popular CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerised deployments.
