Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard software
• Work closely with designers, art directors, and photographers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Remove blemishes, scratches, and other imperfections from images using advanced retouching techniques
• Adjust color balance, contrast, and exposure to achieve the desired mood and aesthetic
• Apply textures, effects, and other creative elements to enhance the visual interest of images
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new retouching techniques and workflows
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to continually improve your skills and workflows
• Work on a variety of projects, from editorial and commercial photography to fine art and portrait retouching
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands and visual identities
• Contribute to the development of our agency's visual style and aesthetic
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, including before-and-after comparisons and workflow documentation
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure that all images meet our high standards of quality and aesthetics
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members and assist with training and mentoring as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo retouching, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other industry-standard software
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with designers, art directors, and photographers
• Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Proficiency in other creative software, such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, is an asset
• Certification in photo retouching or a related field is desirable
• Portfolio that demonstrates expertise in photo retouching and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
