Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient microservices-based systems, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and Java.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and system guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Identify and mitigate potential technical risks, developing and implementing strategies to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring thorough coverage of system functionality and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our software solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, aligning with company strategy and vision.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols, maintaining the highest levels of data protection and system integrity.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring rapid and reliable deployment of software solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on microservices architecture, cloud computing, and DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
• Excellent understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of security principles, protocols, and standards, with experience in implementing secure software solutions.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of database principles, including data modeling, normalization, and query optimization.
