Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement game features using Unity, focusing on quality, performance, and player experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate game design specifications into functional game features.
• Work closely with artists to implement visually stunning assets and environments.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable codebase.
• Debug and resolve issues efficiently, using tools like Unity Debugger and external profiling tools.
• Implement and optimize game mechanics, UI, and other core features.
• Contribute to the development of tools and workflows to improve the development process.
• Assist in creating prototypes to test new game mechanics and features.
• Stay updated with the latest Unity features and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve projects.
• Participate in project planning, providing input on task complexity and time estimation.
• Maintain and extend existing game code, ensuring it remains scalable and efficient.
• Collaborate with QA to identify and fix bugs, improving overall game stability and quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game development, preferably with Unity.
• Strong proficiency in Unity, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Unity's core features, such as physics, graphics, and animation.
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and asset management.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
