Key Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning logos, brand materials, and visual identities for clients across various industries
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive branding solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints
• Create multiple design concepts and present them to clients and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with art directors and copywriters to ensure design concepts align with the overall brand strategy and messaging
• Design and develop marketing materials, such as business cards, letterheads, brochures, and social media assets
• Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit design files
• Ensure all design files are properly organized, labeled, and archived for future reference
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and deliverables
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in logo design and branding
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of design concepts
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, industries, and marketing strategies
• Provide design support for pitch presentations, marketing campaigns, and other business development initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on logo design and branding
• Portfolio that showcases expertise in designing visually stunning logos, brand materials, and visual identities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Experience with design software, such as Sketch, Figma, or InDesign
• Knowledge of brand guidelines, style guides, and best practices in branding and logo design
