Key Responsibilities
- Enter accurate and complete data into our database systems, ensuring compliance with our quality standards and data entry guidelines.
- Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness, using data validation techniques and quality control procedures.
- Perform data cleaning and data formatting tasks to maintain data consistency and integrity.
- Collaborate with our data analytics team to identify data trends and perform data analysis tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data management systems, data entry procedures, and data quality standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet data entry productivity and quality standards, using data entry tools and software applications.
- Participate in data entry projects, data migration tasks, and data quality initiatives, as required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures, data entry guidelines, and data quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data management best practices, and emerging technologies, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Contribute to the development of our data management team, sharing knowledge, and expertise with colleagues and providing support and guidance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data, adhering to our data protection policies and procedures.
- Perform other data entry, data analysis, and customer service tasks as required, using data entry software applications and customer relationship management systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on data management and data analysis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent data entry skills, with high accuracy and productivity rates, using data entry software applications and data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality standards, using data validation techniques and quality control procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access, with experience using data entry software applications and data management systems.
