Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools
• Automate testing, deployment, and rollback of software applications using scripts and automation tools
• Optimize application performance, monitoring, and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and industry standards, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR
• Implement and manage containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and guides for cloud infrastructure and applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to drive innovation and efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical systems and applications
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes or workarounds
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our cloud infrastructure and applications
• Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and automation frameworks to support cloud infrastructure and application management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, or software development, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure management and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, including IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation
• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar
• Knowledge of automation tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef, and scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or PowerShell
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and version control systems like Git or SVN
• Strong understanding of security principles, compliance, and industry regulations, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and analytics tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, reliability, and performance
