Key Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice overs for various types of projects, including commercials, animations, documentaries, and video games.
• Interpret scripts and bring characters to life through voice acting, conveying emotion, and creating engaging storylines.
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver voice overs that meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure all recordings meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to the company's quality control processes and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a versatile voice acting style, capable of adapting to different genres, tones, and characters as required by projects.
• Participate in voice direction sessions to receive feedback and refine performances.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in voice over and audio production.
• Contribute to the development of the company's voice over department, suggesting new ideas and approaches to enhance our services and offerings.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, ensuring prompt delivery of high-quality voice overs.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as video production and sound design, to achieve cohesive and impactful final products.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Voice Over Artist, with a portfolio that showcases versatility and range in voice acting capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret scripts and bring characters to life through voice acting, with a strong understanding of pacing, tone, and emotional expression.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
• Proficiency in recording and editing software, such as Adobe Audition or Pro Tools, with the ability to work independently in a home studio setting.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot common recording issues and maintain high-quality recording equipment.
• A strong, versatile voice with good diction, tone, and pitch control, capable of performing a wide range of characters and styles.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high-quality performances consistently.
