Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, custom logos that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Develop and present design concepts to clients, and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and software to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and concepts.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud to create, edit, and refine logo designs.
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control in all design projects.
• Meet project deadlines, and deliver design files in the required formats.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of clients' brands, industries, and target audiences.
• Participate in designing brand style guides, and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Prepare and present design files for client feedback, revisions, and final approval.
• Stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in logo design, branding, and visual identity.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Basic understanding of front-end development, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with design systems, and brand style guides.
• Strong analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, and incorporate it into design solutions.
• Certification in graphic design, or a related field is an asset.
