Key Responsibilities

• Refine and perfect the visual quality of images using photo editing software, with a focus on enhancing color, contrast, and composition.
• Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and designers to ensure consistency and quality in all visual content.
• Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in photo retouching techniques, including skin smoothing, object removal, and noise reduction.
• Work on a wide range of projects, from portrait photography to product images, and apply your skills and expertise to meet the specific needs of each project.
• Use your creativity and attention to detail to enhance the aesthetic appeal of images, and to create visually stunning content that captivates and inspires our clients.
• Maintain a high level of organization and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas, and to ensure that all visual content meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing, and apply your knowledge and expertise to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual content.
• Contribute to the development of our team's skills and expertise, and participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance our collective capabilities.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard of quality.
• Provide feedback and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of our team's culture and values.

• Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, and provide them with exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with advanced knowledge of photo editing techniques and software.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual design principles, with the ability to apply these principles to enhance the aesthetic appeal of images.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, photographers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong knowledge of visual design principles, with the ability to apply these principles to create visually stunning content that captivates and inspires our clients.
• Experience working with a range of image file formats, including RAW, JPEG, and TIFF.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
