Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality game features using Unity, including gameplay mechanics, AI, physics, and graphics.
• Collaborate with our team of artists, designers, and programmers to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of game features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with our designers to implement new features and game modes, and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with our QA team to identify and resolve bugs, and ensure that all game features are thoroughly tested and meet our quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the improvement of our codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest game development trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our games and development processes.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and concisely with colleagues, and providing support and guidance as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with our production team to ensure that all game features are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on Unity and C# programming.
• Strong proficiency in Unity, including UnityScript, C#, and Unity Editor.
• Experience with game development frameworks, including Unity Physics, Unity Graphics, and Unity Animation.
• Strong understanding of game development principles, including game design, game mechanics, and player psychology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong understanding of coding principles, including OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience with version control systems, including Git and SVN.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and game features.
