Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality logos that meet our clients' expectations and capture the essence of their brands.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' design preferences and expectations.
• Collaborate with our team of designers, art directors, and project managers to deliver cohesive brand identities.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Participate in design meetings and discussions, and contribute to the development of our studio's design strategy.
• Design and develop brand guidelines and style sheets for our clients.
• Work closely with our production team to ensure seamless integration of designs into various mediums.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our studio's design principles and values.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Maintain open and effective communication with our team and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
• Continually develop and refine your design skills, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in peer review sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logo design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
• Understanding of brand development and the importance of creating effective brand identities.
• Ability to take direction, feedback, and constructive criticism.
