Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate large volumes of user-generated content across social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and moderation policies.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to content moderation processes, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to develop and review content, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and relevant content that meets our brand's standards.
  • Work closely with the community management team to foster a positive and respectful community environment, responding to user inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with our company's policies, guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve content quality, engagement, and overall user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's brand, products, and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to social media platforms, algorithms, and moderation policies, adapting our content moderation strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance content moderation skills and knowledge, staying current with industry best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across all content channels.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or concerns related to content moderation, providing recommendations for resolution and improvement.

Requirements
