The Data Analyst role is a full-time position that will be based in our headquarters. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business operations
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify areas of opportunity and develop data-driven insights to inform business strategy
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of data systems and processes
• Provide training and support to end-users on data systems and tools
• Collaborate with IT team to develop and implement new data systems and technologies
• Develop and manage data dashboards to track key business metrics
• Stay up-to-date on new data technologies and tools to continuously improve data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Develop and implement data security policies and procedures to ensure data protection
• Participate in project planning and project management to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or D3.js
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data modeling
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
