We manage 15–25 faceless YouTube channels in finance, motivation, top-10 lists, and self-improvement niches (combined 50M+ monthly views, multiple 100k–1M+ sub channels).
We are looking for a proven YouTube Channel Manager & Growth Strategist who can own full channel operations for 4–8 channels: title/thumbnail briefs, upload schedule, SEO, community management, analytics deep dives, and growth playbooks.
You will be directly responsible for 20–100% monthly view/sub growth.
Responsibilities
Full channel audits + growth roadmaps
Title, description, tags, end screens, cards optimization
Thumbnail & title briefs for designers/editors
Upload schedule + community tab/posts
Analytics deep dive (watch time, CTR, traffic sources)
Competitor research + viral trend spotting
Algorithm gaming (session watch time, retention hooks)
Monetization optimization (RPM, multiple revenue streams)
Monthly reporting + strategy calls with owners
Required Skills
5+ years managing/growing YouTube channels (faceless preferred)
Proven 50k–1M+ sub growth case studies
Expert in YouTube SEO, algorithm, and analytics
Understands 2025–2026 trends (Shorts integration, AI voice, etc.)
Fluent English + data presentation
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)
Experience with finance/motivation/top-10 channels
Familiar with TubeBuddy, vidIQ, YouTube Studio advanced
Previously hit 10M+ views/month on a single channel
Weekly Commitment
25–35 hours per week (flexible, deadline-driven)

Payment Structure
Standard – $1,800/month (25 hrs/week, 4 channels, core management)
Senior – $2,600/month (30 hrs/week, 6–8 channels + Shorts strategy)
Lead – $3,400/month (35 hrs/week, full growth ownership + team coordination)
Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
