Twitter/X Growth Manager & Content Strategist for Personal Brands

We manage Twitter/X growth for 12–20 personal brands, creators, and founders (accounts 20k–1M+ followers) in business, mindset, tech, and crypto spaces. X is now the #1 lead-gen platform for many.

We are looking for a proven X Growth Manager & Content Strategist who can own 5–9 accounts: thread writing, viral hooks, posting schedule, engagement farming, analytics, and scaling to 100k–1M+ followers with real leads.

You will be directly responsible for follower growth and inbound opportunities.

Responsibilities

Full account audits + 90-day growth roadmaps

Write 10–30 threads + daily tweets per account

Viral hook research + trend jacking

Posting schedule + optimal timing

Engagement farming (replies, quotes, spaces)

Build & run Spaces/AMAs when needed

Analytics deep dive (impressions, profile visits, leads)

Competitor spying + reverse-engineering viral threads

Monthly reporting + strategy calls with clients

Required Skills

5+ years growing X/Twitter accounts to 100k+ followers

Proven viral thread case studies (1M+ impressions)

Master of hooks, storytelling, and controversy (the good kind)

Understands 2025–2026 X algorithm (Grok boost, long-form, video)

Fluent English + brand voice adaptation

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)

Experience with business/tech/crypto creators

Previously generated $100k+ in leads from X

Familiar with Typefully, Hypefury, or ThreadStart

Weekly Commitment

25–35 hours per week (flexible, daily presence required)

Payment Structure

Standard – $1,900/month (25 hrs/week, 5 accounts, core posting)

Senior – $2,700/month (30 hrs/week, 7–9 accounts + Spaces)

Lead – $3,500/month (35 hrs/week, full strategy + engagement farming + revenue reporting)

Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
