We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage our database systems, process large volumes of data accurately, and maintain clean, organized records across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for entering data into our systems, maintaining database accuracy, processing documents, and ensuring data quality. You'll work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and various databases daily.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Primary Data Entry Tasks (60% of time):

Daily Data Processing:


Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems

Input customer information (names, addresses, contact details, etc.)

Process order information and transactions

Enter product data (SKUs, descriptions, prices, inventory)

Update existing records with new information

Transfer data from paper documents to digital systems

Copy and paste data from various sources

Verify data accuracy before and after entry

Flag inconsistencies or errors for review
