Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and solutions that meet client requirements and exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Work with our project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions are bug-free and meet client requirements
• Develop and implement custom solutions using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes and standards
• Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements
• Provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, including WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Contribute to the development of our company's technical strategy and roadmaps
• Provide training and support to junior developers and contribute to the development of our company's knowledge base
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Collaborate with our QA team to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development, with a focus on custom theme development, plugin creation, and solution implementation
• Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in developing custom solutions using these technologies
• Experience with WordPress plugin development, including creating custom plugins and integrating third-party plugins
• Strong understanding of WordPress theme development, including creating custom themes and integrating third-party themes
• Experience with front-end development frameworks, such as Bootstrap and Foundation
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development approaches
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git and SVN
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile development teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in debugging and resolving technical issues
• Experience with WordPress multisite networks and WordPress VIP
