Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and produce visual content, including videos and graphics, for social media campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to continuously improve the company's social media presence and engagement.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results under tight timelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and ensure seamless integration of social media into overall marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to leverage social media opportunities and expand the company's online reach.
  • Provide regular reporting on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's content calendar, ensuring that social media content supports and enhances broader marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for social media content and campaigns.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to leverage them for marketing purposes.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize social media strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing social media landscapes and algorithm updates.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social, is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
