About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding its B2B platform to support multi‑tenant capabilities. As a Platform Engineer you will drive the design and delivery of the new tenant isolation layer, ensuring scalability and security for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement a tenant‑aware microservices framework using Spring Boot and Terraform.
• Build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to automate testing, containerization, and deployment to AWS EKS.
• Configure and tune Kubernetes namespaces, network policies, and RBAC for strict tenant isolation.
• Set up monitoring dashboards in Grafana and alerts in PagerDuty for tenant‑specific performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product owners to define rollout milestones and deliver a beta version within 6 weeks.
• Document infrastructure code and hand‑off procedures for the internal ops team.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with AWS (EKS, RDS, IAM) and Terraform.
• Proficient in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns and security best practices.
• Fluent in scripting languages such as Bash or Python for automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus and Loki.
