About the role

BrightMart Solutions seeks a senior Identity Access Management Specialist to design and implement robust IAM controls for a critical internal application migration. You will lead the definition of access policies, integrate with cloud directories, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce role‑based access control (RBAC) models across hybrid environments.
• Integrate SSO and MFA solutions with AWS, Azure, and on‑prem LDAP.
• Conduct entitlement reviews and remediate excessive permissions.
• Automate provisioning and de‑provisioning workflows using IaC tools.
• Collaborate with developers to embed IAM checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document architecture, policies, and incident response procedures.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with IAM frameworks (Okta, Azure AD, IAM policies).
• Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, security groups, and cloud identity services.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Understanding of compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust network architectures.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools (SIEM, CloudTrail).
