About the role

We are modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. The project demands a seasoned Frontend React Developer to redesign the UI layer, improve performance, and ensure zero‑downtime releases.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing React codebase to a component‑driven architecture
• Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and caching strategies for seamless updates
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate new APIs without service interruption
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices for accessibility and responsiveness

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of professional React development
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management (Redux, Recoil, or Context API)
• Proven track record delivering zero‑downtime feature rollouts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and feature flag systems
• Background in performance monitoring tools (e.g., Lighthouse, New Relic)
