We’re looking for an experienced Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.


You’ll work with fast-moving projects across industries including e-commerce, education, SaaS, and local services. The focus is on driving positive ROI, optimizing cost per acquisition, and improving conversion rates through data-backed strategies.


You will monitor daily performance, conduct A/B tests, build conversion-focused landing pages with the team, and constantly refine targeting, bidding, and ad creatives.


This is a results-driven role — ideal for someone who loves analytics, optimization, and squeezing the maximum value out of paid traffic.

We prefer specialists who can balance creative ideation with performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities


Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns


Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis


Develop high-converting search, display, and video campaigns


Optimize bids, budgets, and audience targeting


Set up conversion tracking using GA4 & Google Tag Manager


Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels


Improve Quality Scores, CTR, and Ad Relevance


Monitor daily spend, ROAS, and conversion cost


Create Smart Campaigns, Performance Max, and Retargeting campaigns


Work with designers to develop high-performing creatives


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports


Improve landing page UX & optimization suggestions


Prevent click fraud and manage negative keywords


Conduct geo-targeting & demographic optimization


Collaborate with marketing & content teams


Required Skills


3+ years of paid ads / SEM experience


Expertise in Google Ads Search, Display, Video & Shopping


Strong understanding of Quality Score, CPC, CPA, ROAS optimization


Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)


Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)


Keyword research using SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Keyword Planner


Ability to build audience segments & remarketing lists


Experience with e-commerce campaigns & product feeds


Strong analytical skills and data interpretation


Ad copywriting skills for high-converting ads


Ability to reduce cost & improve conversions strategically


Familiarity with heatmaps (Hotjar / Crazy Egg)


Experience working with landing page builders


Report creation using Data Studio / Looker Studio


Excellent communication & optimization reporting skills
