About the role

Cascade Apps is launching an integration project that will tie together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Python Backend Developer who can design and implement the glue code, ensure data consistency, and support real‑time workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build RESTful services that connect billing, CRM, and internal systems
• Implement authentication, error handling, and logging for all integrations
• Write efficient PostgreSQL queries and manage schema migrations
• Collaborate with front‑end and product teams to define integration contracts
• Create automated tests and CI pipelines for reliable deployments

Must-have skills

• Strong Python experience with Django or Flask
• Deep understanding of REST API design and security
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization
• Experience integrating third‑party billing or CRM platforms

Nice to have

• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
• Exposure to cloud services such as AWS or GCP
