Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain our company's web applications using React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to our customers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, and apply this knowledge to improve our web applications
• Work closely with our product managers to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet these needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support our web applications
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with our quality assurance team to identify and resolve defects
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Participate in the development of our company's technical strategy and roadmap
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
• Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of our web applications

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB
• At least 3 years of experience in full stack web development
• Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality code and exceptional user experiences
• Experience with automated testing and deployment tools, including Jest, Enzyme, and Docker
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience with collaborative development tools, including GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket
• Strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines
