Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
• Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations on financial performance and trends
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support financial planning and analysis
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Develop and implement financial training programs for employees
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in financial planning and analysis
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes and provide input on financial planning and analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
• Provide financial support and guidance to cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA)
