Key Responsibilities
- Process large volumes of forms, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data processing and customer satisfaction
- Proficiently utilize data entry software, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing
- Analyze and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring high-quality data entry and attention to detail
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, attending training sessions and workshops as required
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting process improvements and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client data, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing skills and knowledge in data entry and customer service

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in data entry software, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software and systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ability to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, with flexibility and adaptability
- Certification in data entry or customer service, or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of client data, adhering to company policies and procedures
