Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on educational trends, topics, and methodologies to support the development of educational resources.
• Analyze and summarize complex data to provide insights and recommendations to the research team.
• Assist in the development of educational materials, including lesson plans, assessments, and educational guides.
• Provide administrative support to the research team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the research team to design and implement research studies and analyze results.
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track research data and findings.

• Support the development of grant proposals and research funding applications.
• Assist in the coordination of research events, workshops, and conferences.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies when handling sensitive research data.
• Provide general support to the research team as needed, including tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Research Methods, or a related field.
• Proven research experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis software and statistical packages.
