DevOps Engineer for CI/CD Pipeline Setup

About the role

Stellar Services is scaling its cloud infrastructure to support a growing client base. We need a proactive DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and maintain reliable services on AWS while ensuring rapid delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry‑standard tools
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes
• Monitor performance, implement alerts, and optimize cost on AWS
• Collaborate with developers to streamline deployments and resolve infrastructure issues
• Document processes and share best practices across the team

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Hands‑on expertise in building CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Solid scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of infrastructure as code principles

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana
• Familiarity with serverless architectures
