Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence
• Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
• Develop and maintain documentation of data systems, processes, and methodologies
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and business intelligence
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on data analysis and business intelligence tools
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain data models to support business forecasting and planning
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans
• Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and data marts to support business intelligence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or D3.js
• Knowledge of data quality principles and data governance
• Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
