Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content, including logos, icons, graphics, and layouts, that meet clients' requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with senior designers, art directors, and project managers to develop and implement design concepts and strategies.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
• Create design specifications, style guides, and other documentation to ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create and edit visual content.
• Participate in design meetings, brainstorming sessions, and critiques to share ideas, provide feedback, and learn from others.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects.
• Contribute to the development of our design studio's visual identity and branding.
• Assist in the creation of design materials, such as business cards, letterheads, and brochures, for internal and external use.
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control in all design projects.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior team members and interns.
• Participate in professional development activities, such as training sessions, workshops, and conferences, to improve design skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement design solutions that meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a design studio or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high level of quality control and organization.
