Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Photoshop and other design tools to retouch and enhance photographs, ensuring they are of the highest quality and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and implement visual ideas, providing input on photo editing and retouching techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
• Apply knowledge of color theory and aesthetic principles to improve the visual appeal of images.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing guidance on how to achieve the desired look and feel for their visual content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo editing and retouching, continuously improving skills and adapting to new software and technologies.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and insights to enhance the creative process.
• Ensure all work is thoroughly reviewed and meets the agency's quality standards before submission to clients.
• Maintain organized files and archives of edited images, adhering to the agency's data management protocols.

Requirements
