I host two weekly podcasts (business + motivation niche, 20k–60k downloads per episode) and need a reliable editor who can take raw audio/video + guest info and deliver clean, engaging episodes + show notes + audiograms every week.

Perfect if you love podcasts, have a great ear for pacing, and want steady $1–2k/month turning conversations into polished content that grows the shows.

Responsibilities

Edit 8–10 episodes per month (30–60 min each)

Remove ums, long pauses, mistakes, bad tangents

Add intro/outro music, transitions, light sound design

Noise reduction, leveling, mastering (Auphonic or manual)

Export audio + video versions (for YouTube/Spotify)

Write SEO show notes (timestamps, key quotes, links)

Create 3–5 audiograms/clips per episode (Headliner or CapCut)

Upload to Libsyn/Buzzsprout + YouTube

Required Skills

Clean editing in Descript, Audacity, or Adobe Audition

Good ear for natural conversation flow

Fast & reliable turnaround (48–72 hrs per episode)

Basic written English for show notes

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, or LATAM

Experience with Descript (magic dust removal)
