We manage SEO for 12–18 affiliate blogs and e-commerce brands in competitive niches (health, finance, home, tech – combined 50M+ monthly traffic).
We are looking for a proven SEO Strategist & Link Builder who can own full SEO roadmaps: technical audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, and white-hat link building (guest posts, HARO, niche edits, resource pages).
You will manage 5–9 sites and be directly responsible for traffic and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Full SEO audits (technical, on-page, backlinks)
Keyword research + cluster strategy (Ahrefs/Semrush)
On-page optimization recommendations + meta writing
Content briefs for writers (surfer-optimized)
Link building campaigns (50–200 links/month per site)
Outreach & relationship building (guest posts, niche edits, HARO)
Competitor analysis + gap identification
Monthly reporting (traffic, rankings, revenue impact)
Quarterly strategy calls with site owners
Required Skills
5+ years agency or in-house SEO experience
Proven traffic growth in competitive niches (case studies required)
Expert in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
White-hat link building that survives updates
Fluent English + data presentation skills
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)
Experience with programmatic SEO or large affiliate sites
Background in health/finance/home niches
Familiar with SurferSEO, Clearscope, Frase
Weekly Commitment
25–35 hours per week (flexible, deadline-driven)

Payment Structure
Standard – $1,800/month (25 hrs/week, 5 sites, core SEO)

Lead – $3,300/month (35 hrs/week, full strategy + outreach team management)
Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
