AI Prompt Engineer & Automation Specialist for High-Ticket Coaching Businesses

We help 8–12 high-ticket coaches and course creators ($500k–$10M+/year) integrate AI into every part of their business: customer support bots, content repurposing, lead qualification, homework grading, personalized coaching sequences, and more.

We are looking for an elite AI Prompt Engineer & Automation Specialist who can design, test, and deploy production-grade AI systems using OpenAI/Claude/Groq + Make.com/Zapier/n8n + client tools (Kajabi, GHL, Circle, etc.).

You will own 4–8 client AI stacks and turn “I want AI to do this” into working, reliable systems that save clients 20–50 hours/week.

Responsibilities

Design multi-step prompt chains with function calling, JSON mode, and RAG

Build full AI automations (support bots, content machines, lead scoring)

Integrate with client tools (webhooks, APIs, databases)

Optimize for cost, speed, and 95%+ accuracy

Create voice AI agents (Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs)

Test, iterate, and monitor live systems

Document everything (prompts, flows, logic)

Monthly client update calls + demos

Required Skills

Expert prompt engineering (gpt-4o, Claude 3.5, Groq)

Make.com/Zapier/n8n mastery (iterators, error handling, webhooks)

Basic JSON/code understanding for custom steps

Experience delivering AI systems to real paying clients

Nice to Have

Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)

Experience with Vapi.ai, Retell, or voice agents

Background in coaching/course creator space

RAG + vector database knowledge (Pinecone, Supabase)

Weekly Commitment

25–35 hours per week (flexible, client-facing calls required)

Payment Structure

Standard – $1,800/month (25 hrs/week, 4 clients, core automations)

Senior – $2,500/month (30 hrs/week, 6–8 clients + voice AI)

Lead – $3,200/month (35 hrs/week, full strategy + RAG + client calls)

Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
