About the role

NexGen Media is building a robust data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a TypeScript Developer who can design, implement, and optimize data ingestion and transformation services that feed our analytics dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable TypeScript services for data extraction, cleaning, and loading.
• Integrate with cloud storage, message queues, and analytics platforms.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineers and product owners to define pipeline requirements.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience building data pipelines or ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Angular or React for internal tooling.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and cloud services.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for backend services.
