About the role
Ridgeline Software is enhancing its test automation suite to cut regression risk before product launches. We need a TypeScript Developer to design, extend, and stabilize automated test frameworks that integrate with our CI pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement TypeScript‑based test modules for UI and API layers
- Refactor legacy scripts into maintainable, data‑driven patterns
- Collaborate with QA leads to define coverage metrics and risk thresholds
- Integrate tests with Jenkins/GitHub Actions for nightly builds
- Document test cases and provide training snippets for the broader team
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of professional TypeScript development
- Strong experience with Angular or React test utilities (Jest, Cypress, Protractor)
- Proficiency in CI/CD integration and version control
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and mock services
Nice to have
- Exposure to performance testing tools
- Familiarity with cloud‑based test environments
- Experience mentoring junior automation engineers
