About the role

TechFlow Inc is seeking a Senior Identity Access Management Specialist to design and implement robust IAM solutions for a critical internal application migration. The project focuses on tightening access controls, integrating SSO, and ensuring compliance across cloud and on‑prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current IAM architecture and identify gaps.
• Design role‑based access controls and least‑privilege policies.
• Implement SSO and multi‑factor authentication across platforms.
• Integrate IAM with AWS IAM, Azure AD, and on‑prem LDAP.
• Conduct security reviews and provide remediation guidance.
• Document processes and create hand‑over materials for the internal team.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with IAM frameworks and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Proficiency in AWS IAM and cloud security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with identity governance tools.
• Ability to script automation (PowerShell, Bash) for provisioning.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust architecture.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
